抗逆力小組親子日營 Project Family SYNC

本校今年度參與由香港青年協會舉辨的抗逆力小組，學生與家長在小組中透過不同活動培養家庭面對逆境的正向挑戰。當中5對親子於1月參與了親子日營，透過親子遊戲，建立家庭信念和良好溝通模式。在下午的高結構歷奇活動中，親子之間互相支持，為對方打氣，成功完成挑戰！

Our school participated in Project Family SYNC organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) this academic year. Through a range of activities, students and parents learned how to build positive ways for families to face adversity together.

Among the participants, five parent-child pairs joined a Parent-Child Day camp in January. Through parent-child games and activities, they developed shared family values and established constructive communication patterns.

In the afternoon’s highly structured challenge, parent and child supported one another, encouraged each other, and successfully completed the tasks.
